Ready to further your telecom career? We are seeking a skilled LTE Network Field Technician Sr to join our telecom team! Our team is dedicated to maintaining and elevating critically important LTE infrastructure. We would expect you to install and troubleshoot equipment while analyzing test results. Drive high-impact network initiatives from end to end with minimal supervision, thriving in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery. This is an opportunity to partner with engineering groups to guide network builds and implement system improvements. Join our growing telecom team! 


How You’ll Contribute

  • Deploy and maintain LTE network infrastructure and resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime.  
  • Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend actionable optimizations.  
  • Partner with cross-functional RF, software, and test engineering groups to streamline project delivery timelines. 
  • Diagnose and resolve issues by collaborating closely with vendors, engineering teams and customers. 
  • Guide and support engineering teams through build and integration phases, ensuring adherence to technical specifications. 
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to rollout scalable network solutions. 

How You’re Qualified

  • Five or more years of experience in one or more of the following networking technologies: WAN, MPLS, LAN, Route/Switch, DWDM, RF/Microwave Radio, 700/900MHz Trunked Radio (LMR) and/or LTE, fiber splicing or other relevant experience
  • A degree(s) in related field or industry professional-level certification may be substituted for certain years of experience.
  • Driver's License

How You’ll Stand Out

  • Certification in LTE technologies or network management. 
  • Experience with automation testing. 
  • Knowledge of network security protocols 
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization.
