We are looking for professionals who take pride in delivering personalized, high-quality massage experiences to our guests. Opportunity This is an on-call and appointment-based independent contractor opportunity designed for experienced Massage Therapists who value flexibility and independence while working in a premier luxury resort environment. Contractor Responsibilities Therapists maintain their professional independence and may accept or decline offered appointments in accordance with the independent contractor agreement and applicable policies. Contractors are responsible for maintaining their required professional licensing, liability insurance, certifications, and tax obligations. Qualifications Current Massage Therapy License (in good professional standing) Current Professional Liability Insurance Several years of hands-on massage therapy experience preferred Experience with multiple massage modalities, including but not limited to: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Customized therapeutic and relaxation treatments. Reliable, professional, and responsive when accepting appointments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Exceptional attention to guest comfort, privacy, and overall experience Preferred Skills & Attributes Experienced and confident in providing exceptional massage therapy Passionate about wellness, hospitality, and personalized guest care Comfortable working independently in a luxury hospitality environment Experienced in creating customized treatments based on each guest's individual needs Interested in building a strong professional reputation and repeat clientele Compensation Competitive commission-based compensation Service Gratuities QualificationsHow to Apply Submit the following: Resume Current Massage Therapy License Proof of professional liability insurance Relevant certifications List of massage specialties and modalities Summary of professional experience and approach to guest care
