They are honest and straightforward and get customers in and out efficiently.   We are currently hiring for a New Car Manager for our Nissan location.   The New Car Manager will lead the new vehicle sales department, with a focus on achieving volume targets, managing inventory, and training staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include appraising trades, structuring deals, maximizing profitability, and maintaining compliance.   QualificationsQualified candidates should have:   - 2+ years of automotive sales management experience. - A proven track record of success. - Strong leadership skills. - Nissan experienced preferred but not a deal breaker - Local candidates preferred
