What You'll Do
Diagnose, Repair & Deliver Quality Service
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Perform thorough system inspections and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Complete HVAC repairs and replacements safely and according to applicable codes.
- Perform electrical work associated with HVAC service within applicable licensing requirements.
- Explain findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate service records and professional work areas.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Applicable HVAC licenses and certifications as required for the position.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, electrical components, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to educate homeowners and help them make informed decisions.
- Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and continued professional development.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements.
- Ability to meet applicable job-related pre-employment screening requirements.
