Job Overview:

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Aerial Linemen to install, maintain, and repair fiber optic or coax communication cables on utility poles and underground conduits. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliable delivery of essential services to communities.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Install, repair, and maintain telecommunication lines, and other related equipment.
* Perform work from heights on utility poles, aerial lifts, and other elevated structures,     adhering to strict safety protocols.
* String, lash, and pull new fiber optic or coax cables using bucket trucks or climbing gear.
* Fix damaged lines after storms or accidents, replace defective hardware, and perform pole transfers.
* Work with various types of fiber and coax cables.
* Operate heavy equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other utility vehicles.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
* Participate in emergency call-out rotations and respond to outages as needed.
* Mentor and train less experienced crew members.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and the public.

Job Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Aerial Lineman.
* Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
* Extensive knowledge of electrical theory, safety practices, and utility construction standards.
* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
* Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, climbing poles, and performing strenuous manual labor.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred.
* First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
* Ability to travel and work extended hours as required.
