About the Role:

Wesap LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Bowie, MD. Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Monitor and record patient vital signs, intake, and output accurately
Provide mobility assistance including transferring and repositioning patients to prevent pressure injuries
Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Assist with feeding and nutritional support as directed by care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in the state of Maryland
Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or home health setting preferred
Strong understanding of patient care, safety, and infection control protocols
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with physical mobility needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends or evenings
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
