Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to define project scope and objectives
Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to support software development
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business goals
Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
