About Thomasville Restoration

To help achieve this goal and support our growth, we are building a world-class Coordination Team and adding a Customer Care Coordinator who will be a key member of this team, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Answer office phone calls, transfer calls, and take or forward messages for all Thomasville team members.
  • Review and forward messages received during after-hours.
  • Assemble and distribute job folders with estimates and other job-related documents.
  • Send welcome emails to new customers in the Reconstruction Department.
  • Close job files and confirm that all job-related documents and photos are saved to the appropriate platforms.
  • Assist with various administrative and operational duties.

Who You Are

  • 2 years of progressive work experience.
  • 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the home restoration industry.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation overnight and during weekends to receive and assign emergency-related claims.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English. English and Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of restoration industry platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and coworkers.
  • Solid work ethic, high integrity, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Motivated self-starter who is professional and has a passion for making things better.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment, multitask, and adapt to a rapidly growing business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
