To help achieve this goal and support our growth, we are adding a Specialty Services Coordinator. This position offers an opportunity to support our Specialty Services team by coordinating customer calls, job assignments, scheduling, approvals, job monitoring, and file audits while upholding our culture of Family First, Compassion, and Communication.

What You'll Do

  • Receive new job assignments and set them up in DASH.

  • Coordinate with customers, appropriate departments, third-party vendors, and adjusters to obtain approvals and schedule services.

  • Monitor assigned job files and assist with expediting job completion.

  • Communicate and assist with the field team on assigned files.

  • Complete regular job audits to ensure required data is entered correctly and files are compliant.

  • Ensure job files are complete and organized for estimators to perform preliminary and final estimates.

  • Track jobs, approvals, and required information throughout the restoration process.

  • Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, coworkers, and other partners throughout the job.

  • Problem-solve when conflicts arise, including scheduling and customer satisfaction concerns.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal and external partners.

  • Perform general office duties, including drafting correspondence and creating reports.

  • Support coordination and administrative needs of the Specialty Services team.

Who You Are

  • Have 5 years of progressive work experience.

  • Have 2 years of coordinator or administrator experience in the restoration industry.

  • Available for overnight and weekend on-call rotation to receive and assign emergency-related claims.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, sales, and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English. Spanish is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Dash, Xactimate, AlacNet, Contractor Connection and Alacrity.

  • Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and coworkers.

  • Possess a solid work ethic, high integrity, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.

  • A motivated self-starter who is professional and has a passion for making things better.

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.

  • Able to multitask and adapt to a rapidly growing business.
