Thomasville Restoration’s vision is to be the #1 restoration company in the Mid-Atlantic Region. To help achieve this goal and support our growth, we are adding a Field Liaison. What You’ll Do
Conduct on-site inspections for non-complex reconstruction assignments including interior, exterior, and roofing
Present the Thomasville Sales Presentation via TEAMS or by phone to set clear expectations and obtain signed Work Authorizations
Capture DocuSketch 360 scans, photos, and documentation per company and carrier standards
Review assignment details before each appointment including claim scope, project address, and documentation requirements
Coordinate with internal teams including Coordinators and Estimators to ensure smooth project setup
Use DASH, Engage (ProAssist), One Click Contractor, and DocuSketch to manage and record project data
Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions, representing Thomasville’s values
Upload field data including photos, scans, and notes promptly and accurately
Request supporting documentation such as EagleView, Hover reports, and asbestos testing when needed
Provide detailed post-visit summaries to support estimating and production teams
Who You AreÂ
Experienced with at least 2 years in construction, field inspection, or restoration services preferred
Comfortable conducting customer walkthroughs and documenting conditions using mobile apps or software
Proficient in or willing to learn DocuSketch, DASH, One Click Contractor, and related systems
Highly detail oriented with a focus on accurate data collection
Excellent communicator who can explain restoration processes clearly and calmly
Organized with the ability to manage multiple field assignments in a fast-paced environment
Tech savvy with smartphones, tablets, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Holds a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to safely access attics, basements, roofs, and other residential or commercial areas when required
Your Impact
As a Field Liaison, you are the first in-person representative that homeowners and property owners meet. Your accuracy, professionalism, and empathy set the tone for the entire restoration process. By documenting sites correctly and communicating with clarity, you help families feel supported while giving our estimating and production teams the information they need to begin rebuilding. Your work ensures every project starts on the right foundation and moves forward with confidence
