Flywheel is seeking a Senior Vice President of Go-to-Market & New Business to lead and scale our global enterprise growth engine. This executive will oversee the integrated go-to-market strategy across marketing, demand generation, events, business development representatives, sales operations, and enterprise new business.
The SVP will be responsible for creating a connected, high-performing commercial organization that drives awareness, generates demand, develops strategic relationships, and converts high-value opportunities with some of the world’s largest brands. This role will bring together brand positioning, campaign strategy, events, pipeline development, sales execution, forecasting, and operational discipline to accelerate sustainable revenue growth.
Working closely with the executive team and leaders across client services, strategy, product, finance, and the broader Omnicom portfolio, the SVP will ensure that Flywheel’s market presence, commercial priorities, and client experience are aligned. This leader will also play a critical role in developing new Flywheel retail media partnerships and unlocking opportunities across Omnicom agencies and client relationships.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded go-to-market executive with experience connecting marketing and sales to deliver measurable growth. They will bring a strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys, demand generation, integrated campaigns, events, sales development, and revenue operations, along with a track record of building high-performing teams and leading complex growth initiatives in the retail media, CPG, eCommerce, digital advertising, or digital commerce sectors.
What You Will Do
Lead Flywheel’s Global Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define and execute an integrated go-to-market strategy aligned to Flywheel’s growth ambitions, priority markets, and target clients.
- Bring together marketing, demand generation, events, BDRs, sales, and operations around shared commercial goals, audiences, messaging, and performance metrics.
- Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and client needs into differentiated positioning and actionable growth plans.
- Establish the operating rhythm, priorities, and accountability required to scale a global enterprise growth engine.
Drive Demand, Pipeline, and Revenue Growth
- Own the full enterprise growth funnel, from market awareness and demand creation through business development, opportunity progression, and new client acquisition.Â
- Oversee demand generation programs, account-based marketing, content, campaigns, executive engagement, and partnership initiatives.
- Lead the strategy for BDR coverage, prospecting, lead qualification, handoff, and pipeline acceleration.
- Partner with senior sales leaders to ensure strong conversion from marketing-generated demand to qualified pipeline and closed revenue.
- Personally engage in priority pursuits, executive relationships, strategic negotiations, and high-value opportunities.
Build a High-Performing Growth Organization
- Lead and develop teams across marketing, demand generation, events, BDRs, sales operations, revenue operations, and enterprise new business.
- Design the organization, roles, coverage model, talent strategy, and performance expectations required to support continued growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, commercial excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Develop future leaders and create strong alignment across regions, functions, and business lines.
Elevate Marketing and Events
- Oversee Flywheel’s global marketing strategy, including brand, communications, content, digital, campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Set the strategy for industry events, executive forums, client experiences, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities that strengthen Flywheel’s market position and create meaningful commercial opportunities.
- Ensure marketing and events are closely connected to priority accounts, verticals, partnerships, and revenue goals.
- Position Flywheel as a trusted authority in digital commerce, marketplaces, retail media, and enterprise growth.
Strengthen Go-to-Market Operations
- Establish rigorous processes for planning, prioritization, pipeline management, forecasting, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Partner with finance and operations leaders to improve visibility into funnel health, conversion rates, deal velocity, marketing ROI, and revenue risk.
- Ensure consistent use of CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and reporting systems.
- Use data and insights to optimize resource allocation, improve execution, and identify new growth opportunities.
Develop Executive Client and Partnership Relationships
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers at leading global brands.
- Serve as a senior executive sponsor for strategic prospects, clients, partners, and priority pursuits.
- Develop partnerships across the Omnicom portfolio, retail media ecosystem, technology providers, and other relevant organizations.
- Represent Flywheel at industry conferences, client forums, executive roundtables, and other strategic events
Who You Are
- 15+ years of experience in go-to-market, marketing, business development, enterprise sales, commercial leadership, or a related field, with significant experience leading global or multi-region teams.Â
- Proven success building and scaling integrated marketing, demand generation, sales development, new business, and/or revenue operations organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth in a complex, high-growth environment.
- Deep experience in retail media, CPG, eCommerce, digital advertising, digital commerce, marketplaces, or related technology and services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys, account-based marketing, demand generation, events, sales development, and consultative solution selling.
- Experience developing strategic partnerships and navigating matrixed organizations, ideally within a global holding company or agency ecosystem.
- Executive presence and credibility, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, clients, partners, and internal leadership teams.
- Exceptional leadership and talent-development skills, with a record of building high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect brand, marketing, market development, and sales strategy to measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in funnel management, CRM and marketing automation systems, forecasting, attribution, revenue operations, and performance analytics.
- Highly effective communicator, storyteller, and negotiator with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common growth agenda.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively across functions, regions, and business lines.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, partners, and teams and to represent Flywheel at industry events.
$250,000 - $275,000 USD
This position is commission eligible.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
