Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Transportation Litigation Attorneys in its Baltimore office. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 -7 years of experience, and we welcome all experience levels to apply. The firm offers flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid opportunities.

GRSM attorneys represent leading transportation and logistics companies in high-stakes injury, property damage, and casualty matters across land, sea, and air. We provide immediate guidance during accidents and investigations and have successfully advocated for clients up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be self-starters who are able to handle a case from inception with minimal supervision. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Maryland.

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance. 

As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are: 

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; 
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; 
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.   

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. We are committed to offering compensation that is both competitive and aligned with the value each professional brings to the firm.
