Community Outreach Specialist - Maryland

*****The role includes reimbursement for gas and toll costs.*****

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and local groups across Maryland.
  
• Represent the organization at community meetings and requiring regular travel to various MD locations.
  
• Support individuals seeking services by providing information, resources, and referrals as needed.
  
• Coordinate outreach activities, track engagement data, and prepare reports to measure impact.
  

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in community outreach, advocacy, or similar roles.
  
• Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  
• Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholder groups.
  
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple outreach activities.
  
• Basic proficiency in MS Office
  
• Willingness to travel locally for community events and meetings.
