Pro Med Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic nursing team. The successful candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

  • Shift Time: 3p-11p
  • Per Diem
Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any significant changes.
  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, and mobility needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Valid and active LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an LPN preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
