Member of incoming call group which responds to and distributes incoming calls to the respective departments / employees.
Member of the Zendesk ticket system:
              Responding to ticket requests as assigned by the coordinator
              Responding to carrier requests for agent and agency licenses as assigned by the licensing and contracting coordinator.
              Support for:
- Â Â Agent Terminations of logins and appointments
- Â Â Resolve appointment and login issues
- Â Â New and existing agent appointment and login requests
Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $18–$22 hourly.  Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
