- Monitor and evaluate EKG tracings before, during and after exercise testing.
- Supervise and coordinate exercise testing protocols, document changes in patient status, treatments or prescribed medications and response to treatment.
- Evaluates patients for stress testing, reviews patient charts and interprets physician orders.
- Terminates tests as may be required by protocol or patient tolerance.
- Documents changes in patient status, treatments or prescribed medications and response to treatment.
- Coordinates and schedules stress techs in order to provide adequate staffing levels.
- Initiates service calls as needed and schedules preventative maintenance when appropriate.
- Evaluates supply levels and orders supplies as needed.
- Performs other work related duties as assigned or requested.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science.
- Successful passage of Basic Arrhythmia Program or challenge exam.Â
- Certified in BLS.
- Previous experience in Nuclear Medicine preferred.
