Travel Registered Nurse - Home Care (Days/Evenings)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Home Care for a 20-week travel assignment in Barre, VT 05641.
This position is responsible for providing individualized goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physician’s order. In addition, this position serves as Case Manager in cases in which this position is the lead discipline.
Contract Details
- DAYS: Monday-Friday (with weekend rotation approximately every 4th week)
- Start Date: 11/17/2026
- Contract: 20 Weeks
- Location: Barre, VT 05641
- Hourly Pay: $ 38.00
- Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $ 2386.00

Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medication and ensuring the patient takes the appropriate medications at the right times.
- Providing patients with wound care and taking preventative actions to minimize the risk of infection.
- Monitoring the vital signs of the patient.
- Ensuring that the patient can eat safely.
- Helping the patient enjoy light exercise in the home environment.
- Providing patients and caregivers with the information and resources they need to thrive in their home environment.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 years of RN experience
- Must have current Vermont RN license or Compact Multi-State RN License
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
- Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Must be able to work independently/hit the ground running
- Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively
- Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
