Depending on the needs of the person you're supporting, responsibilities may include: Assisting with daily activities and personal care Helping clients safely move around their home Providing companionship and support Transportation when needed Following each client's individualized Plan of Care Documenting services provided Communicating with clients, families, and supervisors Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environmentQualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle with current insurance in your name Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to pass required background screening
