What you’ll do:

Lead daily install operations and own the department’s monthly gross margin goals.
Coach and develop your team through monthly one-on-ones, ride-alongs twice a week, and weekly training.
Build a quarterly training plan, and partner with service managers on technical training.
Keep quality and safety high.
Handle customer concerns with the goal of 100% satisfaction.
Make sure permits and inspections pass the first time.
Work with the Warehouse and Fleet Manager on monthly truck inspections and inventory counts.
Partner with the Director of People on staffing plans.
Take part in leadership meetings, including the daily huddle, weekly L10, and monthly reviews.

What you bring:

Five years of HVAC Install experience.
Experience in a leadership position.
A track record of inspiring people and helping them grow.
Proven ability to drive team performance and hit business goals.
The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Confident, clear communication and presentation skills.
ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
