Great at connecting with people?We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team!  In this role, you'll help create outstanding customer experiences, connect customers with the right departments, and play an important part in our dealership's success.Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM Rotating evening and Saturday shifts. Hours and schedules may vary.WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction. Connect with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. Work with dealership departments to ensure every lead receives proper attention and follow-up. Maintain accurate customer information and notes in CRM and DMS systems. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, internet leads, chats, and service requests. Complete daily assignments and support the BDC Manager. Collaborate with teammates and participate in cross-training.Qualifications: WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR At least 18 years of age. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable presenting information and answering questions.
