Job Summary

Superior Health Linens is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Temporary General Labor employee to assist with a 6-week inventory project. The primary responsibilities include scanning cart barcodes, verifying information against the ABS system, weighing empty carts, and documenting weight information accurately in a spreadsheet.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with general labor and inventory-related tasks.
• Use an RF scanner to scan cart barcodes.
• Verify scanned barcode information to ensure it matches the ABS system.
• Identify and report any barcode discrepancies or missing information.
• Weigh empty carts using an assigned scale.
• Accurately record cart weights in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records.
• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions.
• Perform additional duties related to the inventory project as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to use an RF scanner or willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter information into spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to perform general labor duties, including standing, walking, and moving empty carts.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
