  • Schulung und Einweisung der Kunden in die Nutzung unserer Softwarelösungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der Software
  • Technischer Support für unsere Softwarelösungen per Telefon, E-Mail und Remote-Zugriff
  • Analyse und Behebung von Softwareproblemen sowie Fehlersuche und -behebung bei Anwenderfragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungs- und Vertriebsteam, um Kundenanforderungen effizient umzusetzen
    Dokumentation der Supportfälle in unserem Ticketsystem und Erstellen von Lösungsansätzen



Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z. B. als Fachinformatiker oder IT-Systemelektroniker, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im technischen Support, idealerweise im Bereich CRM- oder ERP-Software 
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Grundkenntnisse in Datenbanken (SQL) 
  • Du bist strukturiert und kannst technische Sachverhalte verständlich erklären – telefonisch oder per E-Mail
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden 
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich 
  • Quereinsteiger mit IT-Erfahrung willkommen
