We are seeking an experienced Acute Rehab RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The RN will use clinical judgment to assess patient needs, prevent complications, coordinate care, and support optimal recovery and discharge planning.
Pay & ScheduleÂ
Traveler: $70/hour ($37/hour W-2 taxable + $33/hour non-taxable stipend)
Local: $62/hour
Location: Petoskey, MI
Start Date: August 24, 2026 |
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 7:30 PM–7:30 AM | 12 Hours/Day

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and manage patients with complex medical conditions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient responses and identify potential complications.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Communicate effectively using SBAR and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and time management.
Requirements
- 2+ years Acute Rehab experience – Required
- Active Michigan RN License – Required
- Active AHA BLS – Required
- License must be active at the time of submission.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
