Maximal Security Services LLC is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer to join our team at a distribution facility in Baytown, Texas.
This is a full-time position. The selected officer will work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Additional shifts may be available based on company needs.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay
- $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
- Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols.
- Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized individuals.
- Control access and verify identification when required.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Complete all required digital reports, including patrol scans, Daily Activity Reports (DARs), and incident documentation using the company's mobile reporting application.
- Follow all site-specific post orders and company policies.
- Notify company management and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
Requirements
- Active Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer License/Registration (Required)
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Must own a smartphone capable of running the company's patrol and reporting application.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
