Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced B-Tech with strong metal, structural, and aluminum repair skills. The ideal candidate works efficiently under flat-rate systems, follows OEM repair procedures, and takes pride in delivering factory-level quality every time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform structural and non-structural repairs on late-model vehicles following OEM standards
  • Conduct aluminum and steel welding, panel replacement, and blueprint reading for repair planning
  • Utilize measuring systems (Car-O-Liner, Chief, Celette) to ensure frame accuracy
  • Execute disassembly/reassembly (DRT) efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Document work performed and collaborate closely with estimators and painters
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace
  • Participate in continued I-CAR and OEM training programs


Requirements

Preferred Experience & Certifications
  • 5+ years in collision repair, with consistent productivity above 120%
  • I-CAR Platinum and/or ASE Master Collision certification preferred
  • OEM repair experience with Honda, Nissan, Ford, and Hyundai
  • Familiarity with CCC One or similar estimating software
  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
