Job Details: Job Location: Landmark Snacks LLC - Beatrice, NE, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Overview:At Landmark Snacks, the oven operator is an integral part to the production process. The oven operator supervises the cooking process for our products. As part of your responsibilities, you set up, monitor, and adjust oven temperature and time controls. You’ll examine the products during and after cooking to ensure product quality. Oven operators then load and unload product from the oven for the next step in the production process.  Responsibilities: Cook products according to established standards Maximize oven use to ensure oven is loaded to capacity and filled at all times when necessary Prep, load, and unload ovens Monitor cooking throughout the day Take and record preliminary PH and Water Activity readings Download oven graphs Clean ovens on prescribed schedule Make changes to oven programs as directedQualifications:
