Job Summary

Butler Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle deals, preparing billing documents, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounting and administrative functions of the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Process and bill vehicle sales transactions accurately and timely
• Verify all deal paperwork for completeness and compliance
• Enter and maintain vehicle sale information in dealership management systems
• Prepare and submit title and registration paperwork as needed
• Reconcile schedules and assist with accounting reports
• File and maintain dealership records
• Communicate with sales, finance, and accounting departments regarding deal status
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties within the accounting office
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must pass drug screening 
• Must pass background check
• Previous office, billing, accounting, or dealership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
