Position Summary
Are you a natural leader who thrives on flexibility and variety? CSSI is looking for Field Support Officers based in Beaufort County, South Carolina, for a hands-on role where no two days look the same: supporting client accounts, mentoring site staff, and jumping in wherever the team needs backup most. Day, mid, and night shifts are available. Weekend availability is required. If you like ownership, variety, and being the go-to person who keeps operations running smoothly, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill open shifts across our sites: you're the first call when an officer can't make it in, ready to step in and keep coverage solid
- Support other officers and supervisors wherever coverage is needed, helping sites run smoothly
- Lead by example: train, coach, and support site staff, and help new officers and supervisors get up to speed
- Visit sites regularly to check in on personnel and equipment, and make sure everyone is set up to succeed
- Take ownership: make sound decisions in the field and know when to loop in leadership
- Jump into other projects as needed; we're a team that helps each other out
Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive base pay: $25.00/hour
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Day, mid, and night shift opportunities
