Overview

Abacus Technology is seeking a Sustainment Analyst to provide program support for the Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (TAAS) program at Hanscom AFB.  This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an advisor to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of government NC3 Sustainment programs and operations to include but not limited to supply chain effectiveness, potential DMSMS issues, system availability and trends analysis. 

Qualifications

5+ years experience in sustainment of programs and operations support.  Bachelor’s degree in a related field.  Must have knowledge of the substantive nature of NC3 programs and activities; NC3 missions, policies, and objectives; management principles and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program sustainment or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.  Understanding of basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to long range planning and sustainment of programs and objectives as well as making recommendations on ways forward to support NC3 efforts well into the future.  Experience in factfinding and investigative techniques.  Must have strong oral and written communications skills and be able to develop presentations and reports.  Must be able to work as part of a team or independently.  Must be a US Citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.

 

The projected compensation range for this position is $115,300-$130,500. There are multiple factors that can impact a final salary, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (if remote or different from the stated location for this position), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
