Licensed Occupational Therapist – Part Time or Consistent PRN

HTS is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at a senior living community in Bedford, Indiana. This Part-Time/Consistent PRN opportunity offers the chance to serve a varied caseload, including residents in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living.

· Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.

· Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.

· Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. 

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
