Copytech is seeking a Field Technician to support clients by installing and maintaining various printing and imaging equipment.
The role involves routine service, maintenance, and repairs on multifunctional printers, copiers, and scanners, as well as providing customer demonstrations and training.
Candidates must have a car and be prepared to attend online certification programs related to the field.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Summary

The main business of Copytech is to supply, lease, rent and servicing Copiers, Multifunctional Printers, Production Printing Press, Wide Format Printers, Shredders, 3D Printers and video systems IP cameras with the concept of offering customer a high-quality level of service followed by an after sales support. We are currently looking for a Field Technician to go and support our clients.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:
? Install and set up Multifunctional printers, copiers, scanners, and print/document management software
? Perform routine service, maintenance, and repairs on MFPs, scanners, printers, and fax machines
? Provide customer demonstrations and training
? Troubleshoot issues on-site or remotely and respond to emergency visits
? Attend online certification programs related to the field
