We are looking for a Tender Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Beirut. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting) tenders, from inquiry through submission, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Study tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications
Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) and cost estimates for mechanical systems
Request and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations
Prepare technical and commercial offers in line with tender requirements
Draft technical submittals and compliance/clarification documents
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission
Liaise with clients and consultants during the bidding process

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
2–5 years of experience in tendering/estimation, preferably within MEP or mechanical contracting
Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP is a plus
Strong Microsoft Excel skills for BOQ and cost calculations
Fluent in Arabic and English
Enrollment with the Order of Engineers and Architects is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
