Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Office Box Hill - ABINGDON, MD 21009Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 Salary/yearAbout the position As the Director of Pre-Open Operations, you will provide direct day-to-day oversight of a designated team of Academy opening support personnel within the Operations Department to support the integrity and quality of Kiddie Academy Operating Systems on a continuous basis in franchised locations. You will also lead your team in franchisee onboarding and empowering new locations to achieve strong enrollment, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term profitability through strong franchisee-franchisor partnerships. This position is based in our Corporate Office located in Abingdon, Maryland. Why you? You are an excellent communicator, you take great pride in the quality of your work, you are detail oriented, you are tech savvy, and you excel at multitasking.   Your Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s or graduate degree  5+ years’ experience with Educational Childcare or Franchise Operations  3+ years supervisory experience leading a team preferred  Experience with sales, marketing, regulatory agencies and business management Ability to travel  Well organized, with strong presentation and facilitation skills Attention to details with ability to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work proactively and provide problem-solving abilities  Exemplary commitment to customer service and the success of franchisees and Kiddie Academy QualificationsWhy us?
