We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to mothers and newborns. The RN will assess patients, develop and evaluate care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Pay & ScheduleÂ
Traveler: $72/hour ($39/hour W-2 taxable + $33/hour non-taxable stipend).
Local: $71/hour
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | 12 Hours/Day
36 Hour weekly guarantee
Location: Bellefontaine, OH

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive L&D, postpartum, and nursery care.
- Perform patient assessments and monitor maternal/newborn conditions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications safely and provide patient/family education.
- Maintain accurate documentation and a safe patient environment.
- Coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team.
Requirements
- 1+ year L&D experience – Required
- Postpartum & Nursery experience – Required
- Active Ohio or Compact RN License
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & NRP – Required
- BSN – Preferred
- Current Skills Checklist (within 1 year)
- Resume and active certifications required at submission/start
- COVID vaccination card, if applicable
