Job DetailsJob Location: Mary Rutan Hospital - Bellefontaine, OH 43311Position Type: Part-Time/Full-TimeJob Shift: Day (1st Shift)Job Summary - Assists the pharmacists and technicians with support activities and processes required to dispense medications.  Receives and stocks incoming supplies.  Assists with medication inventory management.  Performs other pharmacy related duties.   Key Responsibilities Assists the pharmacist and technicians in providing medications, drug information and pharmaceutical services to patients, nurses, providers, and other personnel. Works with the pharmacy buyer to maintain adequate inventory of supplies and reorders them according to department criteria. Processes records of medications and supplies dispensed to patients or customers, through the appropriate computer system. Prepares select reports or other projects as assigned. Works with the pharmacy buyer to receive and store incoming deliveries of medication. Maintains the Pharmacy Department in a clean and orderly manner. Performs other pharmacy-related duties as requested or required.     Qualifications High school diploma or the equivalent Working towards earning a qualified Pharmacy Technician certification within 18 months Must be registered and in good standing with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy   Preferred Skills Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
