In this role, you'll help maintain our buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and team members.If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the campus Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner (TELS System) Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections Maintain facility grounds, equipment, and common areas in safe operating condition Coordinate work activities in resident living areas while providing excellent customer service Report safety concerns, accidents, and equipment issues promptly Follow all safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirementsQualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and equipment operation Must have strong communication and customer service skillsPreferred Experience in maintenance, facilities management, construction, groundskeeping, or a related field Experience in healthcare, senior living, or residential communities Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general building systemsWhy Join Valley View?For over fifteen years, Valley View Retirement Community has been dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults in a manner that demonstrates God’s love.
