Part-time Positions Available Resident Assistant 7:00AM to 3:00PM • 2 shifts biweekly • Every other weekend and holiday 3:00PM to 11:00PM • 7 shifts biweekly • Every other weekend and holiday 11:00PM to 7:00AM • 5 shifts biweekly • Every other weekend and holiday What You’ll Do Provide personal care and support based on individualized resident service plans Respond promptly to emergency call systems and resident needs Assist with meals, dining room setup, and cleanup Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment Support social and recreational activities while encouraging resident participation Observe and report changes in resident condition, preferences, or health status Assist with housekeeping, laundry, snacks, and beverages as needed What You Bring A compassionate, respectful approach to resident care Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards Dependability and willingness to learn Previous caregiving or senior living experience preferred, but not required Why Join Valley View?
