Position Overview:

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service standards, and operational efficiency. You will lead and develop teams while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and quality control.
Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service and a welcoming dining environment.
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, cost control, and profitability to drive financial success.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members to promote excellence and professional growth.
Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate on promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations, as well as company policies.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in hospitality or food service.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost management.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering a customer-centric experience.
