Job Details: Job Location: HD Fowler Company COR - Bellevue, WA, Salary Range: $43.27 - $50.48Hourly, HD Fowler Company is seeking a full-time Systems Administrator to join the team at our Corporate Headquarters in Bellevue, Washington. You will administer, maintain, and optimize server, cloud, user & access control, backup & disaster recovery, endpoint management systems and troubleshooting & support that underpin business services. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security. This position is a full-time in-office role without remote or hybrid options. Local candidates only.Key Responsibilities  Manage Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Ignite, or Google Cloud Platform)  Administer identity and access management systems (Active Directory and Entra)  Support deployment, patching, backup, and recovery of systems supporting business applications  Monitor system health, performance, and capacity; automate routine administrative tasks where possible  Email management via Exchange, Office 365 and Mimecast  Implement security hardening and compliance configurations for servers, cloud resources, and endpoints  Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, and hardware teams on infrastructure reliability and protection  Administer ticketing system (Freshdesk)   Handheld MDM (Remo Cloud) configuration changes and management  Vendor management; hardware, internet providers, and support  Maintain documentation of systems architecture, procedures, and configurations  Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent experience)  3+ years of systems administration experience  Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, and/or Linux administration  Familiarity with virtualization and at least one major cloud platform  Experience with backup, restore and disaster recovery software  Solid troubleshooting and documentation skills  Preferred Qualifications  Microsoft, AWS, or Linux certifications  Experience with modern endpoint management and conditional access  Administrative automation skills (PowerShell or equivalent)  CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft certification: Azure Solutions Architect  Mimecast Certification  Key Skills & Competencies  Server and cloud administration  Identity management (Active Directory/Entra)  Backup and disaster recovery  Security hardening (software updates, firewalls, monitor security threats), and documentation  Problem solving aptitude, time management, clear communication to end users What We Offer: Pay Rate DOE: $43.27 - $50.48 per hour In-Office Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM 8 Paid Holidays Competitive Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Flex Spending Programs for health and dependent care $100k Group Life and AD&D Insurance – Premiums paid by the Company!
