Follow individualized Plans of Care to ensure safe, consistent and respectful support. Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and personal preferences.Promote Independence & Well-Being Encourage clients to remain as independent and engaged in daily life as possible. Build trusting relationships through companionship, conversation and meaningful interaction. Respect each client’s preferences, routines and individuality while supporting their personal goals.Create a Safe & Comfortable Home Environment Assist with light housekeeping, shopping, errands and transportation as needed. Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable living environment. Recognize and communicate changes in client health, behavior or support needs. At least 18 years of age. High school diploma, equivalent education and/or relevant work or life experience. Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and ability to meet agency driving standards.
