What You'll Do

• Provide personalized physical therapy in patients' homes.

• Help patients regain strength, mobility, balance, and independence.

• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Educate patients and families on safe movement and recovery.

• Collaborate with a caring, supportive home health team.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Active PT license in the state(s) served or eligibility for licensure.

• At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required.

• Home health experience strongly preferred.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• A passion for helping patients thrive in their own homes!
