Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs. - Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations. - Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering inquiries. - Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately. - Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and displays. - Participate in promotional activities and initiatives. - Adhere to company policies and procedures. - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. - Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally. - Stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends. QualificationsRequired Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience: - Previous retail experience preferred, but not required. Required Skills and Abilities: - Excellent customer service skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds - Basic math and computer skills
