Pay: $18–$21 per hour

Are you friendly, organized, and someone who enjoys working with people? Automotive Avenues of Sewell is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to welcome customers and help keep our busy sales showroom running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced but fun environment where the day goes by quickly. You'll be an important part of our team, helping customers feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door while supporting our salespeople and managers throughout the day.

YOUR ROLE

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will:

Greet and sign in customers, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
Assign customers to salespeople and communicate with the sales team to help keep customer arrivals organized.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate person or department.
Provide general assistance to our sales and management teams, including light administrative tasks and day-to-day front desk support.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is dependable, personable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are important. You should enjoy interacting with customers, working as part of a team, and staying organized when things get busy.

Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience is a plus.

PAY & BENEFITS
