About the Role
This is a full-time role. As an Integration Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, integrating, and testing UAV subsystems and platforms. Depending on your background (Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics), you will work on aircraft structures, wiring, electronics, and system integration. This is a hands-on role involving close collaboration with engineering teams during assembly, ground testing, and flight trials.

Key Responsibilities
(Responsibilities may vary slightly based on Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics background)

• Assemble and integrate UAV structures, subsystems, and components
• Perform mechanical assembly of airframes, mounts, and payloads / or Perform electrical/electronics integration, including wiring harnesses, soldering, PCBs, sensors, motors, and power systems
• Support avionics and subsystem integration during build and testing
• Conduct basic functional, continuity, and system checks
• Assist in ground testing and flight trials, including pre- and post-test activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical integration issues
• Work closely with design and systems teams during assembly and validation
• Maintain basic build records, checklists, and integration documentation
• Support safe handling, maintenance, and upkeep of UAV hardware

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or related field

• Hands-on experience through workshop training, internships, or industry roles is preferred

• For Mechanical profiles:

• Familiarity with fabrication, assembly, machining, drilling, or 3D printing

• For Electrical/Electronics profiles:

• Comfort with soldering, wiring, connectors, and basic electrical testing

• Ability to read basic drawings, wiring diagrams, or assembly instructions

• Willingness to work hands-on with tools, hardware, and test equipment

• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and safety-conscious mindset
