We are seeking an experienced Principal Supply Chain Domain Consultant with deep expertise in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and Pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology by translating complex supply chain challenges into scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions. This role requires extensive experience working with enterprise clients, leading discovery engagements, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams.

The successful candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of modern supply chain planning processes, SAP platforms, regulatory compliance, and emerging AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops, business process assessments, and solution definition sessions with senior business and IT stakeholders.
  

• Analyze complex supply chain challenges and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  

• Provide domain leadership across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and manufacturing operations.
  

• Advise clients on SAP-based supply chain transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP APO, and related planning platforms.
  

• Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements, mapping strategies, and supply chain data models.
  

• Guide AI and data engineering teams by translating business use cases into actionable technical requirements.
  

• Ensure regulatory and quality requirements are incorporated into operational and technology solutions.
  

• Support solution architecture by aligning supply chain processes with enterprise data platforms and AI capabilities.
  

• Facilitate stakeholder communication across business, technology, and leadership teams.
  

• Provide strategic consulting on supply chain modernization, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
  

• 15–20 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries, preferably with exposure across multiple sectors.
  

• 3–5+ years of consulting or advisory experience working directly with external enterprise clients.
  

• Proven experience leading discovery sessions, requirements gathering, solution workshops, and executive stakeholder discussions.
  

• Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning and execution processes.
  

• Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments.
