We are looking for an experienced ABAP HR professional with 2+ years of relevant experience in SAP HCM and India Payroll testing.

• Payroll Validation

• End-to-End Testing

• Regression Testing

• Test Scenarios & Test Cases

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and execute test scenarios and detailed test cases for SAP HCM processes.

• Perform end-to-end testing of SAP HCM India Payroll processes.

• Validate payroll results and identify discrepancies or defects.

• Execute regression testing to ensure system stability after changes.

• Support SAP HCM implementation and testing activities, preferably for India Payroll.

• Analyze test results, document defects and coordinate for resolution.

• Work closely with techno-functional consultants and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Ensure testing activities meet defined quality and business requirements.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

2+ years of relevant SAP HCM/HR experience

Strong hands-on India Payroll testing experience

Good understanding of payroll processes

Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days

Local Bangalore candidates only
