We’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing who can take ownership of our digital marketing function and lead a team of digital marketers and related team members.

This is not just a campaign management role.

You will be responsible for leading people, managing client accounts, shaping digital strategies, reviewing campaign performance, solving problems and ensuring the team consistently delivers measurable business outcomes.

You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution.

Your Core Responsibility  

Lead the Digital Marketing Team  

You will manage and guide a group of:

  • Digital Marketing Executives

  • Performance Marketers

  • Content & Social Media team members

  • Creative team members, where required

  • CRM / Lead Management team members

  • Other marketing resources associated with assigned accounts

Your responsibility will be to ensure that the team has:

Clear goals → Clear priorities → Clear ownership → Strong execution → Measurable outcomes

01 — TEAM LEADERSHIP  

You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the digital marketing team.

You’ll:

  • Allocate campaigns, accounts and tasks to team members

  • Set priorities and timelines

  • Review daily/weekly work progress

  • Monitor individual and team performance

  • Conduct regular performance reviews

  • Guide team members on campaign strategy and execution

  • Identify skill gaps and training requirements

  • Mentor junior marketers

  • Help team members solve campaign and execution challenges

  • Build a culture of ownership and accountability

  • Escalate and resolve operational issues when required

You won’t just manage tasks.

You’ll be responsible for developing people.

02 — DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY  

You will lead the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies across client accounts.

This includes:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • YouTube

  • Social Media

  • Remarketing

  • Lead Generation

  • Patient Acquisition

  • Appointment Booking Campaigns

  • WhatsApp Marketing

  • Email & SMS Marketing

  • CRM-based marketing

You’ll work with the strategy team to translate business objectives into clear digital marketing plans, budgets, campaigns and KPIs.

03 — PERFORMANCE & CAMPAIGN OWNERSHIP  

You will oversee campaign performance across the team.

You’ll review:

  • CPL

  • CAC

  • ROAS

  • CTR

  • CPC

  • Conversion Rate

  • Lead Quality

  • Appointment Conversion

  • Revenue / Campaign ROI

Your role is not to personally operate every campaign.

Your role is to ensure the right people are operating the right campaigns in the right way.

You will review performance, identify issues and ensure corrective action is taken.

04 —  CAMPAIGN REVIEW & OPTIMISATION  

You’ll conduct regular campaign and account reviews.

You’ll ask:

What is working?
What isn't working?
Why?
What should we change?
Who owns the next action?
When should we see the impact?

You’ll oversee:

  • Campaign optimisation

  • Audience strategy

  • Budget allocation

  • Creative performance

  • Landing page performance

  • Funnel performance

  • Lead quality

  • Conversion rates

  • A/B testing

  • Remarketing strategies

05 —  FULL-FUNNEL OWNERSHIP  

At Stratist, we don't look at marketing as simply:

Ad → Lead

We look at:

Audience → Ad → Landing Page → Lead → CRM → Follow-up → Appointment → Patient → Revenue

You’ll work with the relevant teams to identify gaps across the funnel.

This may include:

  • Landing page optimisation

  • Lead source tracking

  • CRM workflows

  • Lead nurturing

  • WhatsApp campaigns

  • Remarketing

  • Sales/operations coordination

  • Lead quality analysis

  • Conversion optimisation

06 —  LEAD CREATIVE & CONTENT COLLABORATION  

Digital marketing doesn't work in isolation.

You’ll work closely with:

  • Graphic Designers

  • Video Editors

  • Content Writers

  • Creative Leads

  • CRM Team

  • Developers

  • Strategy Team

You’ll provide marketing insights that help the creative team develop better-performing campaigns and content.

You’ll also review whether creative output is aligned with:

  • Campaign objectives

  • Target audience

  • Brand positioning

  • Platform requirements

  • Performance insights

07 —  CLIENT MANAGEMENT  

You may act as the digital marketing point of contact for assigned clients.

You’ll:

  • Understand client business objectives

  • Participate in client meetings

  • Present campaign performance

  • Explain performance metrics and insights

  • Recommend marketing actions

  • Manage expectations

  • Coordinate internal teams

  • Track deliverables

  • Ensure commitments are delivered on time

  • Escalate critical issues appropriately

You should be comfortable moving between:

Client conversation → Team discussion → Campaign dashboard → Action plan

08 —  REPORTING & BUSINESS REVIEWS  

You will own the quality and accuracy of digital marketing reporting.

You’ll oversee:

  • Weekly campaign reviews

  • Monthly performance reports

  • Account-level dashboards

  • Campaign analysis

  • Budget utilisation

  • Lead and conversion reporting

  • Performance insights

  • Action plans

Tools may include:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • GA4

  • Google Tag Manager

  • Looker Studio

  • Excel / Google Sheets

  • Zoho CRM

  • Other relevant marketing platforms

09 —  PROCESS & SYSTEM BUILDING  

As the team grows, we need systems — not dependency on individuals.

You’ll help build and improve:

  • Campaign SOPs

  • Reporting systems

  • Quality checklists

  • Campaign review processes

  • Team workflows

  • Account management systems

  • Performance tracking

  • Knowledge-sharing systems

  • Training frameworks

Your goal should be to make the team more organised, predictable and scalable.

Requirements

Experience  

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing

  • Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Strong experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns

  • Experience managing multiple campaigns/accounts

  • Experience leading or mentoring a team is strongly preferred

Leadership  

You should be comfortable:

  • Managing people

  • Delegating work

  • Setting expectations

  • Reviewing output

  • Giving feedback

  • Handling underperformance

  • Training team members

  • Resolving conflicts

  • Driving accountability

Marketing

Hands-on knowledge of GA4, GTM and Excel/Google Sheets is expected.
