## Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer with **4+ years of experience** to support and manage Telco Cloud Data Center operations.

The role requires hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and automation, with a focus on service reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring stable, scalable, and secure cloud environments while contributing to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

**Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following technologies. Experience with Nokia Private Cloud platforms is mandatory.**

* Nokia Private Cloud – **CBIS, NCS, and NCP** (Mandatory)

* OpenStack

* OpenShift

* Kubernetes

* KVM

* Proxmox

### Networking

* Good understanding of networking fundamentals.

* Knowledge of Telco Cloud networking concepts will be an added advantage.

## Good-to-Have Skills

* Shell Scripting

* Python

* Database fundamentals

* Grafana

* Prometheus

* Zabbix

## Key Responsibilities

### Cloud Operations & Support

* Manage and support Telco Cloud infrastructure operations across data centers.

* Ensure system availability, performance, and SLA compliance.

* Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

* Perform system monitoring, alert handling, and issue resolution.

* Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud and virtualization platforms.

* Support patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of cloud environments.

* Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning.

* Support automation of operational tasks to improve operational efficiency.

* Work with Nokia AirFrame, HPE, and Dell server hardware architecture.
