Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced EMS Developer to build and maintain telecom network management solutions, with strong Java development, cloud, containerization, protocol knowledge, troubleshooting, and customer issue support expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance and maintain EMS products.
- Work with Core Java, Spring Boot and JavaScript.
- Handle MySQL/MariaDB, Hibernate and performance tuning.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and telecom protocols.
- Work with NETCONF, VES, SNMP and other network protocols.
- Manage and troubleshoot applications on Linux.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack and AWS.
- Troubleshoot product, customer and field issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
- 6–8 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong Core Java and Spring Boot expertise.
- Good JavaScript and database knowledge.
- MySQL/MariaDB and Hibernate experience.
- Knowledge of REST, NETCONF, VES and SNMP.
- Experience with Linux, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to OpenStack and AWS.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- EMS/NMS or telecom domain experience preferred.
