We are seeking a highly responsible andtechnically capable IT Manager to manage and maintain the complete ITinfrastructure across all hospital and branch locations. The role includeshardware and software management, network administration, CCTV systems,security systems, IT asset management, vendor coordination, and technicalsupport to all departments. The IT Manager will ensure that all systems runsmoothly, securely, and efficiently as per company SOPs, policies, andoperational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Set up workstations withcomputers, routers, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
· Check and maintain computerhardware including HDD, keyboards, mouse, monitors and internal components.
· Install, configure and maintainoperating systems and required software applications.
· Develop, manage and maintainLAN/WAN networks to ensure optimal performance.
· Ensure network security, dataprotection and privacy across all systems.
· Provide guidance and trainingto staff on using software, systems and IT equipment.
· Schedule upgrades, systemupdates and preventive maintenance without interrupting workflow.
· Troubleshoot and resolvehardware, software and network issues quickly.
· Identify shortages of ITequipment and coordinate procurement.
· Install, maintain and repairCCTV systems across all branches.
· Maintain telephone systems andcoordinate with telecom vendors for issue resolution.
· Support management of telephoneand internet connections for branches.
· Repair and maintain laptops,desktops and other IT hardware.
· Handle printer installation,repair and maintenance.
· Resolve biometric attendancesystem issues.
· Provide networking supportacross locations.
· Provide remote technicalsupport to staff and other branches.
· Support new branch setupsincluding full IT infrastructure installation.
IT Asset Register & Stock Management
· Maintain a complete IT AssetRegister for all company equipment including laptops, desktops, printers,networking devices, CCTV systems, and other electronic equipment.
· Ensure proper tagging andtracking of all IT assets across branches.
· Update records for newpurchases, transfers between branches, repairs, and disposals.
· Coordinate with Administrationand Accounts teams for procurement and stock records.
· Conduct periodic physicalverification of IT assets and reconcile with system records.
· Maintain inventory levels ofessential IT accessories and spare parts.
IT Audit & Compliance Responsibilities
· Ensure all IT systems andinfrastructure follow company SOPs and IT policies.
· Maintain documentation forinstallations, repairs, upgrades, and system changes.
· Prepare reports and recordsrequired for internal and external audits.
· Support management during ITaudits by providing system documentation and asset records.
· Ensure data backup systems arefunctioning properly and verify backup schedules.
· Monitor system security andensure compliance with data protection and privacy guidelines.
· Identify risks related to ITinfrastructure and recommend improvements.
Skills Required
· Strong knowledge of computerhardware troubleshooting

Requirements
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in InformationTechnology, Computer Science or related field.
3–6 years experience in IT infrastructureor system administration preferred.
